Is the offer really free? What's the catch?
It's free and there's no catch. We make money by buying, improving, and reselling or holding properties. The offer costs you nothing and you can walk away from it, no questions asked.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. There's zero obligation. Plenty of people get our number just to know their options. If listing with an agent is genuinely your better move, we'll tell you that.
What if my house needs a lot of work?
That's most of what we buy. Fire damage, foundation issues, decades of deferred maintenance, full of stuff: we purchase as-is, and you don't clean out or repair anything.
What if I still owe on my mortgage?
Still fine. We work with sellers who owe on their homes all the time, and we often have more options for that situation than a cash-only buyer would.
